Do you offer a build service?

Yes, we do offer a build service!

How it works:

1. Find the product/s you would like to purchase and add it to your basket.
2. Before you click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT", enter your delivery postcode.
3. If your postcode and the item is eligible for the build service it will provide a price.
4. To proceed, tick the box for the service and this will now be added to your basket then you can place the order.
5. When the item has been shipped from our warehouse, the build team (Kent Flat Pack) will also receive a notification to say your order is on the way.
6. Within 48 hours they will then contact you via text and email to arrange a suitable date for both of you. 
7. When the date has been confirmed, you will receive a message confirming the team member's name so that you can be assured the person attending is genuine.

Unfortunately, they do not concrete the item in the ground.

The build service is only available for certain products and areas in the UK.
